Copying DVD's (Legal)

Hey there :-)

I want to backup some of my DVD's, but cant seem to find the correct software to use. When I was using windows, I used DVDshrink, to compress the +5gb disks down to 4gb to fit on a normal DVD-R (I dont have a dual-layer writer).

Can anyone suggest some software for linux (fedora 2) that will do the job?

Cheers in advance

Kev

backing up dvds

The method i use is:

dvdbackup to rip the dvd to the harddrive.
DVDshrink running under cross-over office to convert.
K3B to copy to DVD.
Works perfectly for me.

Hope this helps.
