Question Copy all incoming/outgoing mail to admin account

Hi everybody,

I am running qmail in redhat 7.3, I want my server keep copies of all incoming and outgoing mail to a admin account.

I have read the the FAQ describes how to use QUEUE_EXTRA in life with qmail but don't really understand.
Where is the mail copies placed? How can I read the mail copied?

Is there any software I can install on the server to achieve this?

By the way, thanks soob, my qmail box won't run without your help.
