Exclamation converting quicktime to flash

I have a MOV movie file (quicktime). I'd like to convert it to swf (flash) or another format that is compatible with most Window's users without an extra plugin to download. Yes, I know swf requires the flash plugin, but many people already have that. The conversion must be done in Linux, and I do not have wine, so please, no Window's software.
