Convert MS word docs to .tex file

Does anybody know any utility in Debian to convert MS word doc to a .tex file?

I have never used LaTex before and I need something which can quickly do the task.

Just doing
apt-cache search Latex
returns hundreds of results and I am confused.

Hi Kush,
You can load .doc files into Openoffice and Openoffice has an extension called OOo-Latex which may do what you want.

I have used part of wvWare (not to be confused with VMWare) successfully. A part I have not used is:
wvLatex converts word documents into LaTeX
For more details, see:
apt-cache show wv
Best wishes ... cheers, makyo
