Convert *.hhc and *.hhk to *.html .


I would want convert
"Table od contents.hhc" to index1.html
and
"index.hhk" to index2.html

with a command line. I don't want any GUI-software.

Do you mean rename?
I don't know the file-types (or their content) you're talking
about, so can't gauge how difficult it would be to do an actual
"conversion" of an hhc to an html file.
