Context Sensitive Help

We are studying the rehost of a Win95/MS Access 97 application to Linux. For this application, we use Wextech Doc2Help to build context sensitive WinHelp format help files. What is available in Linux to perform a comparable task? Admittedly, I have not had the pleasure of being able to tinker on a Linux machine to know what is offered through the commonly used GUIs in the area of help. I am only aware of the Man pages that have historically come with UNIX boxes. Unfortunately, these are insufficient for our requirements. Also, ease of conversion from the current MS Word document format would be a definite plus.

Thanks for the help.
