Content-Type: multipart/appledouble - Mail Problem
Some of my end-users are having their emails rejected by Symantec_AntiVirus_for_SMTP_Gateways on a certain mail-server. They are trying to send standard word docs via a Macintosh Mail Client. This mail client is evidently wrapping each attachment in its own mime-type.
First off, why? Why would you ever do this? Secondly, how do I get around this seeing as how the admin of the problem server gave me nothing but apathy when I contacted him? I do not have a Mac in front of me and my end-users are several states away. What I had planned on telling them was to look in their client and try to find a toggle that would eliminate such behavior. That or go find another email client. Any ideas?
