Care to share what the problem actually is?

PC Hardware/model#?
"HotSpot" type/hardware/model?
What have you tried so far?

What problems are you having?

What linux distribution/version are you running? I assume that you are trying to connect via WiFi but you have not provided enough information for us to help. Are the wifi tools (iwlist, iwconfig etc) and wpa_supplicant installed?
