Connection to ultravnc from linux...

Hi everyone,
I have this problem, i have to connect to a host which uses ultravnc server, and that is not a problem, because i can use xtightvncviewer

But, in case the user is using a router which he can't open a port into (he has one that uses a smartcard, seems is possible to do maintenance only remotely, and the isp locked all the ports) what to do?
If i was under windoze i would have used the reverse vnc connection, in which the server actively searches for a client, so that connection can be established..but..under linux, how can i set vnc to do the same?

Check out their repeater:

However, they don't provide a linux client, so you will probably have to run one in wine and I've heard it works fine in wine as well.
