Connecting Xilinx Virtex-5 ML505 to Linux PC through PCIe x1 port

Hi,
My Xilinx ML505 board is connected to Linux PC through PCIe X1 slot. But it's not detected by BIOS.

As per the document given below, I created endpoint_blk_plus_v1_15 using LogiCore generator of Xilinx ise tool.
http://www.xilinx.com/products/board...n_creation.pdf

But after that I could not progress for lack of information.
Can anyone help me ?

Regards,
Barun
