Connecting to OpenVPN and sharing that connection to another VPN as server

I was wondering if it is possible to connect to a OpenVPN server and create your own OpenVPN instance to share that connection so that you can cater for other clients to utilize that connection.

Its like connecting to the central server first which has access to multiple machines and you will share that connection by allowing people to connect to you as a client on a new OpenVPN instance.

I think you'd have problems trying to route traffic through it but it might be doable...

Yeah,,,Just tried it and it ain;'t working. Once you connect to the primary VPN, your client will be unable to connect and vice versa. I am thinking of a way to attain this. Another thing, that I wanted to try out is to create a web proxy such as squid if the client is only accessing web based (as mostly all of the things that they wanted to access are on the web on internal network). Not sure if it will work though but wanted to give it a try. If anyone have another idea, please help to let me know.
