Hi mates, I would like to run amule locally and then to connect it remotely to know what the program status is. I've been able to connect to my server via SSH and launch amule remotely. The problem comes when I want to leave the application running and reconnect to it later on. Do you know how to connect to the same tty remetely once and again so I can see all X-application that are running there?

I don't know if I am clear enough, but summing up: A server runs an amule instance and a client connect to it in X-mode via SSH.

I know this is a complex matter, but I would really thank any help you could provide.

aMule has a "webserver" function to it aswell. I've not used it, so I don't know how much control you get with it, but it might be worth looking into.

You would have to open/forward the specified port (4711, I think) to your machine.
