connect linux from windows

i search for a software to connect fedora from
windows graphicly

Have a look at vnc and X forwarding. If neither can do what you want, please elaborate on what you mean by "connecting graphically". Do you want to run programs on the fedore machine but have the displayed on the windows machine? If not, what then?

Welcome to LQ!

Please be more discriptive about your questions. For example tell us what you are trying to do exactly (Eg: connect to a fedora box from a Windows box, connect to a Windows box from a fedora box or just to access fedora filesystems (partitions) from Windows). More you tell about the trouble, more easy to solve. & take a little time to search archives for similar issues.
