Configuring the KDE Desktop Settings Wizard (KPersonalizer)

Hi there.
I want to personalise the KPersonalizer wizard. For starters, I want to make the default theme Plastik, and change a couple other things. In the source directory TODO, it says:

DONE for 3.1
============
o kstylepage:
- don't hardcode the styles

So there should be a file around somewhere that configures it somewhere. Now I don't know nothing about C++ but it looks to me like the styles are "hardcoded" into the source. Since I'm using gentoo it's just a pain to alter the source then try to convince gentoo to emerge the entire kdebase, with my new sources, with a different md5sum and all.
So does anyone know if there is a file to change the options, or could anyone take a look at the kdebase source and tell me if it is coded in there anywhere how I can change it without recompiling?
Thanks
