Configuring PPTPD on Ubuntu

I am a newbie in Networking. I was able to setup PoPTop (PPTPD) on my Ubuntu box. Windows clients can successfully connect using VPN. But everytime they connect, a different IP is given to them and it is not within the same subnet of our local network (192.168.0.0/24). Is there a way for me to include them in our network/subnet? In a way that they can ping the PCs inside our network. I do have two ethernet cards on the server eth0 with static IP and eth1 connected to the local network.
