Configuring GTK1.2 over GTK2

I presently have both gtk1.2 and gtk2.0 installed. Applications such as xmms and dillo use gtk1.2, but I cannot locate a tool to configure gtk1.2 settings - I seek such a tool because the fonts in dillo/xmms are horribly large and ugly at present. Naturally, I am able to configure gtk2 settings using gnome-control-center.

Thanks

Go to freshmeat.net and search for "gtk theme switch". This is a small utility that changes the gtk config (including fonts) Make sure you dont download the newest version, for it it for gtk2 only.
