configure usermin manually?

Hi,

I have install an web-interface 'usermin' for user to do their mail forwarding on browser. But i dont' want to install webmin. I wonder is there a way to "manually" configure usermin such that user only see the mail-forward icon but nothing else?

Thx in advanced.

Chris
