Configure Grace: could not find motif

I am trying to install Grace and for that I installed Motif from openmotif-2.1.32-2_IST.x86_64.rpm and added the lib path to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable by put

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/OpenMotif/lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

to my /.bashrc file. But at Configure step in building Grace it could not find Motif. What should I do?

Libraries are just the runtime part. For compiling you need the openmotif-devel rpm.

I used yum install as
yum install openmotif-devel

But gave errors like this
file /usr/include/Mrm/MrmAppl.h from install of motif-devel-2.3.4-3.fc18.x86_64 conflicts with file from package lesstif-devel-0.95.2-4.fc18.x86_64

How can I install it?

You can either use lesstif or motif, but not both. If you have the lesstif-devel then you almost certainly have the libs. You should be able to change your library path and build against it.

lesstif is in this path
/usr/share/doc/lesstif-devel-0.95.2
Where it should be? where should I change its path?

Fedora 18 is unsupported and has been unsupported for the last 7 months
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
please install a SUPPORTED operating system like the current Fedora 20
