configure can't find libXext in rh9.0
 

in trying to compile kguitar on redhat 9, i get the - can't find libXext -error.

i found it in /usr/X11R6/lib ... how do i specify the path?

i tried putting it in this line in configure.in -but get same error
stdlibdirs="/lib /usr/lib /usr/local/lib /usr/X11R6/lib"
