Configure a Linux server which will enable placing remote calls in Vonage

We have a Vonage VOIP router. A telephone is linked with the router to place and receive calls. I want to set it up in such a way that I'll call the server (using a telephone) from home and connect me to the Vonage for me to place a call. The server will ask for the number on which I want to be connected and I can talk using a standard telephone using the Vonage VOIP.
