Question Configuration question

I am currently working in Linux Redhat 9 for the first time and am using the KDevelop and Qt3.1, but I am having a problem. When I did something as simple as creating a hello world that the Qt tutorial says to create, I am getting an error with finding the files relative to Qt3.1. When I go into the project options to try to add the Library, it is bombing out with a code 77.

This is what I have, is there something wrong here?

Under linker flags on the project options, configuration I have this entry:
-lqt -L/usr/lib

Is there something wrong there?
