Depends if you installed via a slackware package (.tgz) or installed from source.

If a slack package do as root

removepkg wine

If from source, go back into source dir and do

make uninstall

After this you can delete the ~/.wine dir

Ah got it, but still didnt fix my problem. I'm using a program with wine that will not recognize my CDROM and even when I try to navigate to the files on /mnt/cdrom It gives me an error about not being able to read it.

Is it mounted properly? You can add it as an extra drive in winecfg to see if it helps
