compiz problem

i am using compiz on ubuntu and it has few problems.
it doesnt work with alltray and xlite is the any solution.

Well Compiz(-Fusion, nowadays) isn't a perfect piece of software, nothing is. It has it's problems, and because you're not paying for it, you just have to use it and take what you ordered, or stop using it It would be pretty hard to make it work perfectly with every single program out there..

But anyway, if there are problems, you should describe them in more detail: what doesn't work? What goes wrong? How should the programs work? Have you considered that the problem is not in Compiz-Fusion, but maybe in Alltray and X-Lite, or both at the same time?
