Compiz Grid Tool alike app

Is there a program that does the same thing as the Compiz Grid Tool, ie tile windows using Button+numpad number (eg 7 tiles to up left corner, 5 to center etc) ?

I'm running Gnome 3 + gnome shell without compiz.
