Compiz Fussion
OK this is a simple question I feel stupid asking it but...
How do I in Compiz Fusion Switch to the top and bottom caps? I have them enabled I just dont know the commands I understand how to move left and right Not that it probably matters but I'm running Fedora 12 |
You can see the caps when the desktop is rotated out into the cube.

OK sorry i guess i didn't make myself clear thats what I don't know how to do
|
at this time i am not using fedora or compiz-fusion BUT i was.
after you turn it on with the "fusion-icon" there is a small icon at the top of the gnome desktop r-click it and select the "preferences" it will also can be found in the " Control center" if you have that turned on It sounds like you need to READ the fedora docs on CF http://docs.fedoraproject.org/user-g...z_Fusion_.html " compiz-0.8.5 repo for F9, F10, F11 & F12 + guide for the official fedora packages " http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=173317 |
You mean set a virtual desktop to the top and bottom faces of the cube?
If so, I didn't know that was possible. It also doesn't seem logical, only because the cube doesn't have to be a cube. That is, however many virtual desktops you have, there will be that many sides plus the top and bottom, which can have their own custom images on the cube face, and of course, they're not square then. And also, in the Rotate Cube options in ccsm, there's only left and right preferences. Anyway, I hate the rotation when switching desktops, so I don't use the cube, I use Desktop Wall instead. |
No i dont mean a new desktop I use compiz fusion with the cube already with the four workplaces And I like how its set-up I just want to display the image on the cube cap
