Compiling K3b from source - can't find X includes

Whenever I attempt to compile K3b from the source, I receive an error about not being able to find X includes after running ./configure - this is exactly what happens:

This is what happens after trying to meet the dependencies:

Code:

Selecting xorg-x11-devel for 'XFree86-devel'
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:

Well in Debian what you would do in a situation like the is use apt-get install xorg-x11-libs=6.7.0-5 xorg-x11-libs-data=6.7.0-5 then using apt-cache policy other_packages_needed to find out the version = that you need too add to them when you put them on the apt-get install line satisfying the dependencies perhaps Fedora's apt works similar.
