compatibilty questions

Is the latest version sendmail-8.13.4-1 compatible with Redhat 7.2? Does anyone recommend installing it on 7.2 or should I install sendmail-8.12?

Why are you using such a old version of RedHat? Is it because you are running it on a old PC?
I recommend you to upgrade to something a little more up to date. But thats your choice.
Anyways I think sendmail should work on it nonetheless and I do not no what their newest version is. Did you Google it?

Current version of sendmail is 8.13.4. You should usually use the latest stable version of any software because normally it has bug fixes and so on. I recommend you to upgrade your distro. Red Hat 7.2 is OLD... Since Red Hat went commercial, perhaps fedora, the free version of Red Hat, would be interesting.
