Command line picture viewer

Hello!

I'm running Linux OS on one really old hardware so I don't want to run X or any kind of desktop environment. Is there some kind of "command line" based picture viewer?

Regards,

I already looked into ImageMagick, but for the image viewing it needs X server.

It's command line tool display.

Quote:
Use the display program to display an image or image sequence on any X server.

fbi is your most-wanted viewer

The 'fbi' frame-buffer viewer works for many file types (not SVG, maybe).
