command line bug report

I need to send two files to the launchpad.net bug report site from the command line but i don't know how to from the command line. I am using ubuntu and have to send the /var/log/Xorg.0.log file and the Xorg.conf to 42198@bugs.launchpad.net .

I tried sudo cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log | /usr/bin/sendmail 42198@bugs.launchpad.net but this didn't work returned error that there is insufficient disk space try again later. what can I do I have lots of space on drive is there a garbage colection tool or something that would allow me to file this bug

Try pine or mutt.

Do you have sendmail or postfix properly installed and configured ?

mutt returned error when trying to send.

/tmp/mutt-ubuntu-1000-6421-0 : Permission denied (errno 13)

I have gotten closer to having mutt working but it still refuses to send message stating system error 71
