hey ok i never used Wine before so im a newbie to it will wine work with Visual Basic?? i installed wine Plz help me!!!!!!!

Ok i found out how to work wine sort of i got winzip running in it fine WINE is the best program ever its awsome but i want to install kazza but when i right click on the kmd.exe file and type open with wine it starts winziip up anyideas????? is there something i have to clear or restart wine or somehting??? plz HELP me thankz

you could also install Limewire as an alternate to kazaa, Limewire requires java to be installed on the machine though.

Are you trying to run VB programs you made in Windows or you want to run the VB IDE in linux?

If the former, I'm sure wine will work somewhat (its not perfect, but I find it pretty good), if the latter...why not use a linux native IDE...if you can learn VB, a little more effort and you can learn REAL programming hehe :D
