I am interesting in learning how to create a Content Management System and I was wondering if anyone knows a good source (internet or books) that I can use to learn and master CMS.

Do you mean you would like to build a CMS of your own design or would you like to build a site based on a CMS? If it's the latter, Drupal is very well supported and documented.

Basically, I want to provide my clients with CMS so that they can update their themselves. For example, I would to create an intranet for a company and build a system (CMS) that will allow them to edit/add articles or forms and upload them to their site.
