Clone USB Multiboot

I just finished setting up a multiboot usb stick. I would like to make more to give to friends and family.

1. How or what is the best app to use to clone a usb stick to another usb stick?

2. Does the size of the usb stick have to be the same as the original usb stick?

3. Does the usb stick have to be the same manufacturer?

dd or dd_rescue would be my recommended ones.

No. The new one may be bigger, you're just not using it to its full capacity then.

No. That doesn't matter.

You just have to avoid USB sticks with U3 functionality or similar encoding built in, as well as multi-function sticks that combine two or three functions in one device (e.g. a UMTS modem, a software CD, and a USB memory). Use cheap, ordinary sticks with no extra gadgets built in, and you should be happy.
