clock changing time

I am using Ubuntu Ultimate 2.3 and there is a problem with the clock.
Every few hours the time keeps changing by severals hours by itself.
My default language is English and location is Athens-Greece.
I have set the world clock to Athens-Greece but it keeps changing back
after a few hours.
My PC is always on and connected to a DSL line.
Hope someone can help me with this.

Have you checked if your BIOS clock is set properly? Do you have ntp installed?
