client-error-not-possible cupsys


guys,

i need a lot help to make my cupsys work on, this the front-end:

Description: HP LaserJet 4
Location: /dev/lp0
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs.
"Ready to print."
Device URI: usb:/dev/usb/lp0


and when i try to restart the job....appears this message to me:


error:

client-error-not-possible


any suggestions?
