Click on thunderbird email link does not switch over to new Firefox window
 

Hello Linux users,
I am running KDE 3.5 Hardy Ubuntu and have encounterd an odd window switch to new window view problem.
When I click to open a web link in any Thunderbird email it will open Firefox but it stays on the current Thunderbird window. I have to manually click the FF on the task bar to switch and view it. Maybe it's a focus issue....not sure what focus really means.
It also seems to do the same with other programs too.

FIXED......

fyi by turning off focus stealing in kcontrol from LOW to NONE fixed this problem

KControl -> Desktop -> Window Behavior -> Advanced Tab -> Focus staling prvention level: NONE

and I unchecked Hide utility windows for inactive applications (this uncheck part maybe unnecessary)
