A Clean install of Linux ? As in You no longer want the Operating system or Data that is currently on the machine ?

Insert Linux CD into drive, reboot PC. when prompted during install select use entire Hard disk..

during install, if in doubt accept the default options.

If you want some other end result (such as dual booting windows/Linux), please be a bit more specific in your request..

Thanks, solved the problem by installing a second HD and dual booting.
