clamtk unable to locate gtk-find

Only have this issue on one machine. That machine has had a lot of software installed and removed over the years. Was installing and running clamav and wanted to set up regularly scheduled virus update and scanning. All other Linux machines with various distros, including this same distro, went fine.

roland@roland-I5-HP-Compaq-8300-Elite-SFF-PC:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: neon
Description: KDE neon LTS User Edition 5.12
Release: 16.04
Codename: xenial

roland@roland-I5-HP-Compaq-8300-Elite-SFF-PC:~$ clamtk
Icon 'gtk-find' not present in theme at /usr/share/perl5/ClamTk/GUI.pm line 532.

I have dug and dug on-line. I found that Fedora users had a similar problem, but, I don't want to go around hacking the files. Why? Another machine with the same version of KDE Neon which hasn't had quite as much software installed then removed installed and ran just fine.

What KDE/Ubuntu file provides the image gtk-find?

but clamtk starts normally after that?

what i'd do:
  • Code:
    find /usr/share/icons -name 'gtk-find.*'
  • use one of the icon themes that provide this icon.

Thank you for your reply, but I don't get to choose the icon theme. I'm running KDE. clamtk has some baked in theme requirement and I'm just trying to find the file which provides what it is looking for.

what's kde got to do with not being able to choose an icon theme?
is there a ~/.gtkrc-2.0 or ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini on your system?

i think alternatively it's also possible to put an icon called "gtk-find.png" into /usr/share/pixmaps, or /usr/share/icons.

clamscan is the c-li component of ClamAV
clamtk is an element of a (non-ClamAV) GUI front-end.

does
terminal >
Code:
clamscan -ir $HOME
function?
