clamd ERROR:Can't get information about user <USER>
 
I am a newbie to clamav software.
I am following a procedure
http://www.clamav.net/doc/0.87/html/node17.html

i am getting the error:Can't get information about user <USER> every instance when i run clamd
can anyone help?
