Clam AV finds but does not quarantine, how shall one work it?

Good day, I ran my Clam AV and found problems but found no option to put the problems into quarantine, how does this work properly?

Done in Mint, 64 bit Dell Desktop. Uses Clam GUI.

Microsoft Windows viruses can not install on a linux machine

check the "warning" then delete the MS *.exe file in the mail or archive

now if you are scanning a Windows OS

check the warning and REPLACE the ( .exe ,.dll ) with a REAL one from MS
you can download them from the MS website

then CLEAN!!!!! the MS "windows System Registry "

normal everyday "disinfecting " of windows OS's

Clam AV is only for Linux. Not Windows.

Why look for windows viruses in a Linux only AV?

Is there a virus scanner for Mint?

How can I rid my Linux PC of spyware and threats to passwords...?

Thanks for telling me about Clam.
