Cinema 4d, The Main nut to crack!

Basically, the Only program I need from Windows to work in Linux before I delete windows is CINEMA4d. I use this program extensivly and NEED it to work, and work very well.

So Here are my questions

1.) Cinema 4d, can it be run in Mandriva 2006 linux

2.) If it can be used in linux, How do I install it perfectly?

3.) Will the performance be as good or better with LInux then Windows?

Thank you all for helping me with this, ill show you guys some of my renders if I get this thing working.

1.) Apparently, someone got it working well with wine (and uses it professionally). I also think they make a 32-bit native linux version. That means, you can run it with wine. You can also probably run the native version on mandriva.

2.) See above. I think the publisher makes a linux version.

3.) The performance will be unnoticeably less (than windows) with wine and linux. The native version, I assume, has the same (or better) performance.
