cifs mount in fstab help

Hey everyone, I have a nas device that I can cifs mount just fine from command line but I want the nas device to be avaiable on boot via fstab....I have tried many different things in fstab but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know the syntax for a cifs mount in fstab? I am using core 6.

Thanks
