chrooting account in VSFTPD

I am trying to chroot an account to its root dir where it can even see the folder that the home dir is in.

I am sure its some kinda setting in VSFTPD but i cant figure it out any help would be greatly appreciated.

I try this and it dont work.

I added the users that are supposed to be chrooted BUT it wont chroot them
