choppy audio when strreaming with konqueror and gxine

I am able to stream Sirius Satillite Radio with Konqueror and gxine but it is very choppy. I read somewhere that I can pass a -ao alsa or -ao oss to try and fix the problem. Since gxine starts up when I click to the link to start streaming, I do not know how to use -ao.

If there is an easier way to do this let me know. I have been trying for hours to get it to work with firefox with vlc, mplayer or gxine without it working. I am only using Konqueror because at least it will stream the audio.

Thanks
