Chinese input in linux? Is there any software for this purpose


I am learning chinese, and in windows XP there is a pretty good
chinese input software. But since I changed to linux, I don't know
how to type chinese character. Is there any suggestion?

A lot is available, but personally I love http://www.fcitx.org/main/...pretty light-wave...

Anyway, you might found others suit your needs...try `googling` around the net...

Hi try scim that works better than that of Windows XP

www.scim-im.org.
