changing xchat fonts
I go to rooms in Xchat that some of the people like to use fonts like Chinese fonts or Israeli (Hebrew) fonts. I have installed all the fonts for the languages being "spoken" in the irc chat rooms. I have changed the font in Xchat to one of these fonts I installed that has support for both the English letters and the foreign letters. It should show both English and Hebrew. I don't want to type Hebrew because I don't know Hebrew but I don't want to see Unicode on the monitor when they type something using Hebrew fonts.

So far I have had no luck. Everything is still in Unicode no matter what I change. What am I going to have to do to get the monitor to display both English and Hebrew (or which other language font I want)???

Using Mandriva 2005LE. Have installed several different language fonts.
