Changing right-click menu in *boxes

I've been running Debian squeeze with various lightweight WM's, mostly openbox, fluxbox, and IceWM. In all of these environments, right-clicking reveals a pop-up menu where one can select any number of applications. However, I have successfully gotten third-party panels to work in the *boxes, and I would like right-clicking to be more traditional-- copy&paste, create new folder, etc, and no applications menu.

I am working on setting up iDesk for desktop icons.

Is there any way I can remove the default functionality of the right-click menu in openbox/fluxbox?

$HOME/.config/openbox/rc.xml is the place to look for openbox mouse bindings. Not sure about flux.
