Changing QT settings without KDE

I don't have KDE installed, but I do have a few QT apps. I want to change a couple of QT's properties, such as the font used & the color of the toolbars.

No problem if you've got KDE, but how do make the changes without it? Is there a config file I can edit, or do I need a bit of software to do it, or what?
