Changing MH folder in Claws mail
The title pretty much says it all. I would like to know if it's possible, and of course how, to change the MH folder in claws. I don't really like how it's displayed right in my home directory. I'd prefer it if I could use a hidden folder like maybe ~/.claws/ or something.

As far as I know, I don't think it is possible to alter the MH type mailbox in Claws.

I have feeling one can put the mail folder elsewhere - when installing maybe or try changing
Configuration| Edit Accounts | Edit Receive |Default inbox and give it a hidden name??

Hi Berticus,

I see there is an additional plugin in "More Plugins" called "mailMBOX" (see section 7.2 in the manual) - is that any help for what you want to do?

So any news on this? Great mail but it's a little silly having the mail visible right at home. And no, the mbox plugin didn't work for that.

Mail visible in home directory
Your comment Q, "it's a little silly having the mail visible right at home" is open to debate. I find it extremely handy, when, permission granted, informally picking up mail from another login. We use it often. I also find it hand to edit newly arrived mails. After many months with Claws I've concluded it is so handy having Mail in Home that it is certainly not "silly.'

Well yes, that is my opinion, certainly. But being forced to have it visible is not my preference, and evidently not other people's as well. I will just stick with thunderbird even if it's not as light.
