Changing gnome/gtk icons under kde
Hello all,
This is my first post and unfortunately it's a question, I run kde, and use the crystal icon theme. In an attempt to unify my desktop i have changed the gtk2 theme to use crystal icons. Now in gtk apps i see crystal icons on the toolbars, but not in file dialogues (open/save etc.) or nautilus. I have downloaded and copied to /.icons the "crystal for gnome" icon set (latest release). When i run the gnome theme selector under kde (/usr/bin/gnome-theme-manager) i can successfuly change all file-related icons in nautilus and other gtk apps to crystal icons. But when i log out and log in again the default gnome icons are shown. When i login using gnome the crystal theme is still being used. How do i use this theme under kde? Is there a text-file i can edit somewhere? Thanks, Steve |
I've got the same problem, how should I edit the ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file?
