Changing blklen with cdrecord

I am trying to burn a NetBSD ISO to a CD to install on three of my Sun SPARC Ultra 1 workstations.

The problem is, many places I have read that the Sun CD-ROM drive needs the data on the CD to be in 512-byte chunks (ie. the block length - similar to setting the "bs=" field in the dd command), but cdrecord is burning it at 2048-byte chunks, and the CD-ROM drive on the Sun workstation is not able to boot from the NetBSD installation CD.

I have read through the man-page for cdrecord, and I cannot find a way to change the block length (BLKLEN) when burning.

If it is not possible to change the BLKLEN in cdrecord, is there another way I can do it?
